What is Foodstat?
Foodstat.com is an online service designed to provide customised
market reports to the international food and drink industry. Foodstat
is aimed at food and drink manufacturers, the ingredients industry
and suppliers of packaging.

Do you hold information on/have plans to include eastern
Europe, North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East or
Far East?
Foodstat.com is constantly being updated. Although, Foodstat.com
currently includes European Union countries only we hold information
on many markets and countries not covered by this service. If you
have a specific request please do not hesitate to contact
us and we will be pleased to assist.

Report
How do I purchase data?
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on the ‘start’
button on the home page and you will be taken to the create report
page.
Select the data you require by following the instructions. An on-screen
display will keep a running total. If at any time you wish to remove
an item from your list simply highlight the item and click on the
REMOVE button.
Once you are satisfied you have completed your request, click on
the PLACE ORDER button and you will be taken to the order summary
page where you will be asked to enter your e-mail address.
You will then be taken to a secure server where you will be able
to enter your credit card details.
We endeavour to complete all orders within 2 working days.
What do I receive?

and click on the download sample report link.
What format is the data in?
All data is supplied In Microsoft® Excel format. Should you
require the data in any other format (comma delimited, pdf etc.)

Payment
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Delta, Switch and Mastercard. We take payment online
at time of order.
Is payment secure?
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping
system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are sent via a
secure server at WorldPay. Foodstat.com never receives credit card
numbers as all credit card transactions are processed on secure
WorldPay servers.

Delivery
How long from placing my order does it take to receive
my report?
We endeavour to return all information within 2 working days and
normally reports are returned faster than this.
However, under periods of exceptional demand it may take a little
longer. If you have an enquiry regarding a specific order please
contact us at mail@foodstat.com
quoting your order number.
We will endeavour to satisfy any reasonable request.
